Your Wellbeing Matters because it shapes physical health, mental resilience, social connections, and overall quality of life.
Wellbeing is the state of feeling healthy, happy, and able to thrive in life. It is influenced by both internal factors, like personal resilience, and external conditions, such as community support and access to resources.
To support this, a Wellbeing Day has been arranged for staff and members of the public:

Drop in anytime between 10am and 3pm and explore advice and resources from local organisations covering financial, physical, mental, and social wellbeing. Even a short visit could make a big difference, take this time for you!
A number of stands, specifically for staff, will be available on the day including:
Affinity Connect (retirement plans), Health & Safety, Human Resources, Occupational Health, Diverse Minds (Íæż½ã½ã Gwent and Torfaen) and the Greater Gwent (Torfaen) Pension Fund. The following Trade Unions will also be present - ASCL, GMB, NAHT Cymru, NASUWT, Unison and Unite.
